Rice Mi

Cooke rice 1 large plateful
Mutton cut into small pieces and boiled 250 grms
Tomatoes 4-5
Ginger 1 1/2" piece
Garlic 1 pod
Onion 1 large
Dry red chillies 4-6
Green chillies 3-4
Curry leaves
Eggs 2
Vinegar 3 tblespns
Sugar 4 tspns
Salt
Cookong oil
Method
Grind Red chillies, ginger and garlic to a smooth paste. Slice tomatoes ,onions and green chillies.
Heat 1 tblespn oil in a karhai and add the onion, green chillies 2 sliced tomatoes, curry leaves and mutton and saute well. Remove and keep aside.
Heat little more oil ane fry the eggs stirring, to resemble scrambled egg. Add to the meat.
Heat 1 tblespn oil in karhai and fry the ground masala. Add the remainder of the tomatoes and mash well with the masala. When the gravy thickens add 1 tblespn vinegar and 2 tspn sugar and salt. Then add the meat and rice. Mix gently and cook on slow heat for a few mins.
Serve hot with sauce made from 2 tblespn of sugar dissolved in 2 tblespns of vinegar.
